Thin Beam Load Cell FMZH utilizes strain gauge technology which are bonded on to the alloy steel sensing body. Low profile load sensor FMZH is available in 0-10kg / 0-20kg / 0-30kg / 0-50kg four measuring ranges with maximum 0.2% F.S. non-linearity of the full scale, it offers an accurate & low cost measurement solution for high volume applications, especially suitable for force/load measurement applications where installation space is limited. You may find low profile force sensor FMZH applicable for home appliances, force simulators, process control, robotics, automotive and so on. Other measuring ranges with similar structure can be custom made according to client’s requirements.

A load cell (or loadcell) is a transducer which converts force into a measurable electrical output. Strain gauge based load cells are the most commonly used type and suitable for almost all industrial applications.Strain gauge load sensors contain wheatstone bridge within them to deliver mV output signal which is proportional to the applied load/force under constant power supply, thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.
