Cylindrical Compression Load Cell FFA is made of stainless steel
utilizing strain gauge technology to deliver mV/V output with
maximum 0.1% non-linearity of the full scale.Tension Compression
Force Sensor FFA offers 0-20kg / 0-50kg / 0-100kg / 0-200kg /
0-500kg / 0-1000kg / 0-2000kg seven rated measuring ranges to
choose from, flange type force transducer FFA can be used for both
tension and compression force measurement. Stainless steel

Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer)
when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated
output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of column load cell FFA is normally around 2.0mV/V.
Power supply of cylindrical load cell FFA is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of flange force sensor FFA is normally within
0-30mV(-30mV...+30mV for tension and compression force
measurement).
A load cell amplifier can be used to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA
output. Example: Cylindrical compression load cell FFA-50kg working
with -5-5V amplifier,the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-50kg
compression load VS 0-5V output, 0-50kg tension load VS 0-(-5V)
output which is linear. When you get 5V output,it means the current
load is 50kg compression force,when you get -3V output,it means the
current load is 30kg tension load,and so on.
