    Output signal of load cell FCFK:

    Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
    Rated output of Micro Load Cell FCFK is normally around 2.0mV/V.
    Power supply of Pinch Force Sensor FCFK is normally within 3-15V.
    Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
    So the output range of Compression Type Force Transducer FCFK is normally within 0…+30mV.

    Example one: Miniature Compression Sensor FCFK-100N with 2.0V/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0mV...+10mV.
    Example two: Micro Compression Force Transducer FCFK-20N with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 10V DC,the output range is 0mV...+20mV.

    The mV/V output from the wheatstone bridge sometimes can hardly be processed directly, a signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver 0~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.

    Example one: Micro Force Sensor FCFK-10N working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V,the Load-Voltage relationship will be 0-10N compression force VS 0-10V output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 1V output corresponds to 1N compression load, 2V output corresponds to 2N compression load, and so on.

    Example two: Miniature Flanged Force Transducer FCFK-50N working with amplifier FSC(4-20mA)-24V,the Force-Current relationship will be 0-50N compression force VS 4-20mA output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 4mA output corresponds to “0” load, 5.6mA output corresponds to 5N compression load, 12mA output corresponds to 25N compression load, and so on.
