Miniature Compression Load Cell 2kg Pressure Force Sensor 20N
Miniature Compression Load Cell 2kg is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology to
deliver maximum 0.3% non-linearity of the rated capacity. Flanged
Miniature Force Sensor FCFK offers 0-1kg / 0-2kg / 0-5kg / 0-10kg /
0-20kg / 0-50kg / 0-100kg / 0-200kg eight measuring ranges to
choose from, flange to flange mounting, compact design, you may
find micro force transducer FCFK applicable for compression force
measurement applications where mounting space is limited, such as
fixture clamping force measurement, assembly force monitoring,
force distribution test, force simulator, pinch force measurement,
etc.. Micro Column Load Cell FCFK can also be modified or
customized as per client's request.

Output signal of load cell FCFK:
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Micro Clamping Load Cell FCFK is normally around
2.0mV/V.
Power supply of Pinch Force Sensor FCFK is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Clamp Force Transducer FCFK is normally
within 0…+30mV.
Example one: Miniature Pinch Sensor FCFK-100N with 2.0V/V
sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0mV...+10mV.
Example two: Micro Clamping Force Transducer FCFK-20N with 2.0mV/V
rated output powered by 10V DC,the output range is 0mV...+20mV.
The mV/V output from the wheatstone bridge sometimes can hardly be
processed directly, a signal conditioner can be used with the load
cell to deliver 0~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example one: Micro Compression Force Sensor FCFK-10N working with
amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V,the Load-Voltage relationship will be
0-10N compression force VS 0-10V output, which is linear regardless
of the measurement error, 1V output corresponds to 1N compression
load, 2V output corresponds to 2N compression load, and so on.
Example two: Miniature Compression Load Cell FCFK-1kg working with amplifier FSC(4-20mA)-24V,the Force-Current
relationship will be 0-1kg compression force VS 4-20mA output,
which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 4mA output
corresponds to “0” load, 5.6mA output corresponds to 0.1kg
compression load, 12mA output corresponds to 0.5kg compression
load, and so on.
Load cell FCFK can also work with digital indicator FPT to deliver
below functions:
-Display force value in real time
-Peak holding to grab the maximum force during testing
-RS485 or RS232 interface
-0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA analog output
-Switch output
