Miniature Pancake Load Cell FCMR is made from stainless steel based on strain gauge technology intended for both tension and compression force measurement. Pancake Load Cell FCMR offers 0-100kgf / 0-200kgf / 0-500kgf / 0-1000kgf / 0-2000kgf five rated measuring ranges. The miniature load cell FCMR incorporates a M10x1.5 (or an M16x1.5) threaded hole running through the center of the transducer which can be used to mount attachments such as load buttons or eye bolts to fit different applications. Spoke type load cell FCMR is applicable for both static and dynamic force measurement. You may find pancake load cell FCMR suitable for force measurement in injection-molding machines, press machines and material testing equipment and so on. Model FCMR can also be modified or customzied as per requirements of our clients.

Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is pancake load cell FCMR is normally around 1.5mV/V.
Power supply of compact load cell FCMR is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of spoke type load cell FCMR is normaly within -22.5mV...+22.5mV.
Example: Pancake Load Cell FCMR-100kg with 1.5mV/V power by 10V DC,the output range is -15mV...+15mV proportional to the applied load.
Load cell + Signal amplifier:
The mV output from the loadcell transducer sometimes cannot be recognized by signal processing units directly,so signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Compression Force Load Cell FCMR-1000kg working with 0-10V amplifier,the load-output relationship will be 0-1000kg compressive load VS 0-10V output,0V output corresponds to 0kg, 1V output corresponds to 100kgf compression load, 5V output corresponds to 500kgf load,and so on.
